Quantum Algo provides proprietary technical analysis indicators designed for use on the TradingView platform. The Service includes access to indicator scripts, educational content, documentation, alert systems, and customer support as described in the selected subscription plan.
Quantum Algo is a technical analysis tool and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Access to Quantum Algo indicators is granted through TradingView's invite-only script system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TradingView account and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share, sublicense, or distribute access to the indicator scripts to any third party.
Quantum Algo offers monthly and annual subscription plans as described on the pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
All plans include a 30-day full refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All content, indicator scripts, algorithms, documentation, branding, and materials associated with Quantum Algo are the intellectual property of Quantum Algo and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the Service.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of any signal, strategy, or indicator is not indicative of future results. Quantum Algo provides technical analysis tools only and does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Algo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of indicator access, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
