Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

1. Who we are and what we provide

Quantum Algo LLC develops and sells trading indicators and analytics software: the Zeno indicator family (Zeno Gold, Gravity Zone, Zeno Stocks, Zeno Oscillator) published for use on TradingView, a set of free public indicators, QuantumBot (an execution service), a free trading Academy and a library of educational guides. We are a software and education company. We are not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, a commodity trading advisor or a financial planner, and we are not registered as any of these with any regulator.

2. Nothing here is advice

All content on this website, in our indicators, in our guides and Academy, in our signals and in any email or community post is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, currency, cryptocurrency, commodity, derivative or other instrument. Decisions to trade are yours alone and are best made with the help of a qualified, licensed professional who knows your financial situation.

3. Trading is risky

Trading and investing carry a substantial risk of loss. Leveraged products — forex, CFDs, futures and crypto perpetuals — can lose more than your initial deposit in some jurisdictions and can move against you faster than you can react. Many retail traders lose money. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose, and you should understand the specific risks of the products and the venues you use, including exchange or broker failure, gaps, slippage, funding costs and liquidation.

4. What our track record is — and is not

Our public track record is a list of trade ideas that Quantum Algo published on TradingView with the entry, stop-loss and target levels stated at the time of posting, before the outcome was known. TradingView timestamps each idea and does not allow it to be edited or backdated. Wins and losses are both retained. The published win rate and trade count are calculated from those posted ideas at their stated levels.

The record is not a brokerage statement, not an audited account, and not a record of trades executed for any customer. Actual results from following the same ideas will differ because of fees, spread, slippage, funding, position size, timing and the venue used. No representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown.

5. Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results

Where this site or our tools show backtests, strategy tester output, Monte Carlo simulations, calculators or any result that was not an executed trade, those results are hypothetical. Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, they do not reflect the effect of liquidity, fees or the emotional pressure of live trading, and they may under- or over-compensate for market factors. This applies to any figures produced by our interactive tools from inputs you control, and to any analysis produced by our AI reviewer ("Quant").

6. Indicators and signals

Our indicators are technical tools that read price and volume data and draw levels, zones and signals on a chart. A signal is an output of a rule set; it is not a prediction and it is not a guarantee that price will reach any level shown. Indicators can produce losing signals, can behave differently across markets, timeframes, data feeds and volatility regimes, and depend on the data your charting platform supplies. You are responsible for testing any tool on your own market and data before relying on it.

7. QuantumBot and automated execution

QuantumBot places orders on your own exchange account, using API keys you create and control, according to signal and risk settings you choose. Quantum Algo never takes custody of your funds, cannot withdraw from your account, and does not exercise discretion over your trades: the bot executes your configuration. Automated execution carries its own risks, including connectivity loss, exchange outages, API errors, partial fills, rejected orders and unexpected market conditions, any of which can result in losses. You are responsible for monitoring the account, for the permissions granted to the API keys, and for the leverage and size you configure.

8. Testimonials and reviews

Testimonials and reviews on this site come from individual customers describing their own experience. They are not representative of all customers, were not compensated, and are not a guarantee or prediction of any result. Quantum Algo does not have access to customers' brokerage or exchange statements and therefore has no basis to claim that customers as a group perform better or worse than traders generally.

9. Educational content, guides and Academy

Our guides, Academy lessons, calculators and glossary explain trading concepts and methods. Worked examples use illustrative numbers. Figures attributed to third parties (exchanges, regulators, data providers) are cited to their source and may change; verify them before acting. Content may contain errors and is updated over time — the "last updated" date on each page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Third-party platforms, data and trademarks

Our indicators run on TradingView. "TradingView" and "Pine Script" are trademarks or registered trademarks of TradingView, Inc. (TradingView). TradingView, Inc. is not affiliated with Quantum Algo and does not sponsor, endorse or review our products. Chart images on this site are exported from TradingView using market data supplied by the exchange or broker shown on each chart; that data belongs to its providers, may be delayed, and is provided "as is". Exchange, broker and prop-firm names are used for identification only and are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them unless stated.

11. Regulatory notice

Quantum Algo does not solicit clients in any jurisdiction where the sale of trading software or educational content would be unlawful. Leverage limits, product availability and investor protections vary by country and by the regulated entity that holds your account; it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you. Nothing on this site is directed at residents of any jurisdiction where its use would violate local law.

12. No warranty; limitation of liability

The website, indicators, QuantumBot, tools and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Algo LLC and its members, contractors and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, anything we provide. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a subscription is to cancel it.
